Kim has worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years. She has spent the last 20 years at FIRST, after working at Kemper Insurance in accounting and treasury management roles. As FIRST’s CAO, she oversees several operational departments and leads project teams to develop and implement new systems, system enhancements, and new service offerings.
