Josh joined FIRST in 2021, bringing over 20 years of experience in the premium finance industry. As EVP and Senior Strategy Officer, he works closely with the FIRST executive team to define long-term strategic initiatives, identify transformative opportunities, and drive operational efficiencies that keep FIRST at the forefront of the industry. Josh also leads FIRST’s Risk Management Department. Before joining FIRST, he held multiple leadership positions at a major financial services organization, where he led credit and risk management and oversaw business transformation.
