Dominique joined FIRST Insurance Funding in 2011. She oversees the company’s Legal Department and Governance and Assurance department, managing day-to-day legal affairs, regulatory and compliance matters, contract negotiations, transactional matters, and litigation. Prior to joining FIRST, Dominique’s legal career focused on insurance defense and creditors’ rights litigation. Dominique is a graduate of Lake Forest College and the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
