Ryan began his career as a producer for a national insurance broker and then served as a VP for BankDirect Capital Finance. He joined FIRST in 2022 and leads a team of 10 Relationship Managers, representing over $4 billion in annual loan volume across the Southern United States. He has over 15 years of insurance-related experience, with the last 10 in premium finance. Ryan maintains his Certified Insurance Counselor designation and works diligently to keep up with industry trends and the challenges our clients face. He and his family reside in Central Texas.
