FIRST has many products and services in place that improve the efficiency of securing quotes, preparing contracts and funding loans. FIRST will work with each client and their customers to fine-tune current products and services (or create new ones) to meet the client’s needs, or to create additional products and services to better automate premium financing.

Quotes-In-View

Using a secure internet connection, QIV gives agents immediate and easy access to one of the most versatile online quoting systems in the premium finance industry. 

Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, QIV prepares finance agreements according to the customized program of each agent and includes direct ties to FIRST’s operational databases, ensuring that all approved carriers and general agents are accessible. For large and complex quotes, QIV allows online collaboration between users and FIRST’s Agency Services team. QIV will also allow authorized users to view quoting activity for all locations of a specific agency.

QIV can be integrated with the primary agency management systems and software offered by Applied Systems and AMS and can also be integrated with proprietary systems through a generic bridge.

Paperless Transactions - Qwik-Loan

Not only does QIV prepare quotes, it also allows agents to book and fund premium finance loans online through an entirely paperless and secure transaction.  With the click of a button and a confirmation, an agency can book loans with FIRST’s QIV and receive ACH funding the next business day.

On-Line Reporting

Fully secured, in real-time, and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, FIRST’s website allows agents and their customers to check the status and review the details of their accounts.

The insured portion of the site allows the insured to check status, payment history and policy information. Status and payment information are also available via phone through FIRST’s Automated Voice Response Unit.

The agency portion of the site allows agents to view reports detailing its entire premium finance portfolio by payment status and effective date. It also allows agents to download (into Excel) detailed account information by location, program or for the entire organization.
