FIRST has several convenient options for insureds to make their loan payments. FIRST believes that making installments simple for the insured, makes financing simpler for all parties.
FIRST's payment options include:
Direct Debit (ACH Debit)
The most trouble-free payment method, FIRST’s ACH Debit service allows your clients to make their payments automatically. Every month, FIRST will debit the payment amounts from the insureds bank accounts.
The most traditional payment option, FIRST sends each insured a billing statement approximately seventeen (17) days before an installment is due. The insured simply uses the payment stub and the enclosed return envelope to make the payment.
If an insured desires, FIRST can create a coupon book at the beginning of the loan. The insured then simply sends in the appropriate coupon with the payment.
Pay-By-Web gives insureds 24/7 access to make an online payment from their checking, savings or money market account. Insureds can make a payment at Check An Account.
Pay-By-Phone also gives insureds 24/7 access to make a payment from their checking, savings or money market account. Insureds can access by calling 1-800-837-2511, selecting option 1 and following the prompts.
Cash Payments & Credit/Debit Cards**
Through Western Union, cash payments and credit/debit card payments (Visa & MasterCard only) are available.
For cash payments, insureds can visit any Western Union location. For credit/debit card payments, insureds can call 1-800-634-3422 or access online at www.westernunion.com. Insureds can contact FIRST at 1-800-837-2511 to obtain required information.
