As the only premium finance company with a written guarantee, FIRST prides itself on the fact that we have a reputation for superior service unmatched in the industry.
Our FIRST Service Guarantee promises that, if our service ever fails to live up to your or your client’s expectations, we will:

Correct the situation to the satisfaction of all parties including, but not limited to, waiving any late-fee when delinquency was not the fault of the insured (in the case of delinquency), or issuing an overnight funding check to the agency (in the case of a funding delay).

Issue a letter of correction and, if appropriate, formal letter of apology from an officer of FIRST Insurance Funding Corp.

Issue a certificate to the agent or the insured valid for a rate reduction of 10% (or more) of the finance charges on a future premium finance agreement, good for one year. (Rate reductions may be subject to maximum dollar limitations).
If these steps fail to satisfy you or your clients, we will fully refund all of the finance charges, on the agreement in question to the extent that they exceed our borrowing rate, returning our entire profit and overhead margins. It is not our philosophy to benefit from a dissatisfied customer!
